I have been working for over 23 years, 15 of them have been spent as a software developer, a manager of a development team, a Director of IT and a consultant. I have worked in small shops for mid-sized companies as well as in larger teams separated by oceans in a large international company. I have had to navigate, make mistakes, and adapt to each unique environment and have managed to find a way to be successful in each one.
